(M.B.A, B.Com, FLMI, AIII, A.R.A, ACS, CTLC, CICC) has been an insurance professional for over 36 years and has also held senior positions in India and various African countries, viz., Kenya, Mauritius, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and Uganda during his tenure in the industry. He is also an ex-banker and has worked in the private sector too.
He is the Founder & CEO, Quality Service Awareness Institute, India and a Transformational Coach & Speaker, an Author, a Customer Retention Strategist, an Insurance Consultant & Trainer, a Career Coach & a Career Counsellor, a NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner and a Columnist.
He is a channel partner with Service Quality International, USA and is a Mentor at Mentorkart, India. He has designed, developed and conducted training programs for various insurance companies in India and Africa. He conducts programs for Kenya Institute Of Bankers, Kenya, the Madras Management Association, India, CIEL, India and ITM Group Of Institutions, India. He is a management trainer certified by and empanelled under NSDC, Government Of India. He is a guest writer at Thrive Global, India.
He has authored and published two books, viz., “Winsure Your Dream Life” and “Prompt Responses”. He also writes on international cricket. He is also a golfer and a singer.
